When to Book Summer Senior Photos

Senior year is such a fun season, and your senior photos should feel like you. Not trendy for the sake of being trendy. Just genuine images that you’ll still love years from now. And also not look like every single other seniors in your class (for real!).

This sweet senior had one request for her session…flowers! And honestly, I was all in. I get this request often… sometimes in the fall- but you need to schedule these in the SUMMER!

With planning we timed her session perfectly, with colorful zinnias (my personal favorite!) in full bloom.  Sunflowers were also blooming- so we got BOTH looks! It couldn’t have been more beautiful.

One of the things I love most about this location is how much variety we get in one spot. We photographed among the flowers, used rustic fences, a charming swing, and even an old weathered garage for a completely different look switching her wardrobe as we went.

The result was a gallery full of timeless images that truly captured her personality and exactly what she envisioned for her senior pictures.

One of my favorite parts of every senior session is hearing both the senior and Mom say, “These are AMAZING!!!!!” That’s always my goal. I want your session to be relaxed, fun, and leave you with images that remind you exactly who you were during this exciting season of life.
