I do a majority of in-home newborn sessions and it’s great but sometimes a studio is a great option if…
In Transition
You just moved in and aren’t quite just moved-in yet. There are a lot of moving parts in this situation and it can be stressful. Why not just book a calm already done studio.
Going for the styled look
Or you love the clean tidy backdrop of a studio. Studio aesthetics make a nice backdrop to any type of session. Most include beds, cribs and living spaces for variety. There are few different studio options I will recommend in our local area in Woodstock and Roswell.
No cleaning required
If you have toddlers already, spaces may have a lot of going on. Toys and clutter just come with that age. Studios offer a clutter free area, ready to go as soon as you enter.
Lighting
Maybe you are worried about lighting in your home. Studios usually have perfect lighting for photography. Bright and light. However, I do bringing lighting to your home – so this is not a deal breaker either way.
Working in a small space
I do bring lighting but sometimes its bulky if your nursery is small or space is limited, it might be tight. Often with first-borns or city living, you are working within a small condo or apartment.
Either studio or in-home, I can make timeless memories for you with your newborn. We can discuss either option and come up with a plan that fits best with what type of images you prefer. Check out this in studio session done in downtown Woodstock, Georgia.
