Sure securing a photographer, outfit planning, hair/makeup, hoping the weather works out, blah blah blah… it’s a lot- but it’s ALWAYS worth it! Why? Your child grows everyday. Every season they change a tad. Each time your photographer captures something about them that is new or ending (yup).
Another secret from a mom that hires a photographer every year… I do not regret it- never. I do not think, ‘Oh, I could have done without this year’. Sure I can snap pictures of my own kids but I much rather be in them too. Getting those cuddles I’ll miss someday. Wrapping them in my arms. Those are not cell phone images. So yeah, It’s always worth it!
